Currently,one of our customer who are new to the shippment delivery business and all his business delivery all by air,and the God make the joke for him and published for us together.
When we send the first big order for him,he change the idea and make the ship delivery to save the cost,but what to us surprise is that he has lost the bill of lading when you get our document sightly and put it as the rubbish,he may forget the bill of lading was the best important document to clear the local customs,do my dear friend,do you know how much important it is?
If we can't hand in all the document at least bill of lading to the ship company,we have no rights to get the products,and the ship company will of course don't release the goods for us. the producs had arrived the destination port for couple of days,and he is anxiouse to find the missing lading but finally failured,and which can't change anything while he intend to change the consignee on the bill of lading,because no matter you make the consignee amendent or to make the new bill of lading,the cargo company require the shipper fetch back the first original one,if this original one bill of lading was missing,the shippmer must make this bad on the news papers firstly and last for three days at least,after that the shipper and cargo company should keep well of this news paper for two year.
What's the worst tips to do is that the cargo company require the shipper(customer) to make the three times payment equal to the delivery goods as the deposit for two to three years,as being told that the cargo don't wanna to handle to risk,so they ask deposit once anyone else go to the court and make the lawer for them.
so everybody,please take care of the bill of lading,let's save the unnecessary cost for happy cooperation.
